Cardland is operated by Greetings International (Spain) S.L., trading as Cardland and Cardland Xpress, providing retail e-commerce services to customers in Spain and the European Union.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Sale and to the User Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Product Availability & Pricing

·       We make every effort to ensure all listings are accurate. However:

·       Prices and availability may vary.

·       If an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will notify you.

·       No charges will apply unless you confirm the updated details.

·       We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in the event of errors.

 

3. Product Descriptions & Images

Product descriptions and images are provided accurately, but minor variations may occur due to photography, packaging, or manufacturing differences.

If a product does not match its description, you may return it under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

4. Order Process

·      Order Acknowledgement: Confirmation that your order has been received

·      Dispatch Confirmation: Acceptance of sale and shipment details

·      A digital invoice will be accessible through your account.

 

5. Order Non-Acceptance

We may cancel an order if:

·       Payment authorization fails

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Risk transfers to you when goods are handed to the courier.

We are not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from failure to secure your account.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Delivery Times

All delivery times presented at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to holidays, remote locations, or customs.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a dispatch email including tracking where available.

 

4. Failed Deliveries

·       If delivery cannot be completed:

·       The courier may attempt redelivery

·       Parcel may be routed to a nearby pickup point

·       Uncollected parcels may be returned to us.

 

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers at courier handover.

Ownership transfers upon full payment.
