Refund Policy

1. General Overview This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Cardland (operated by Greetings International (Spain) S.L.). It constitutes part of our Terms of Sale.
We take great pride in the quality of our cards and collectibles. However, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce strict timeframes for reporting issues.
2. Reporting Damaged Items (Strict Same-Day Policy) To be eligible for compensation regarding broken or damaged items, you must adhere to the following:

Inspect Immediately: You must open and inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Notify Us ASAP: If an item arrives broken, you must notify us on the same day that the tracking information confirms the package was delivered.

Late Claims: Any claims made after this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
3. Proof of Damage To validate your claim, you must provide visual evidence. Please email us at hello@cardlandcentral.com immediately with:

Your Order Number.

Clear photographs of the damaged item.

Clear photographs of the packaging (box or envelope), specifically showing any external damage.
4. Compensation (Store Credit Only) If your claim is approved:

No Monetary Refunds: We do not provide refunds to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal).

Store Credit: You will receive Cardland Store Credit equal to the value of the damaged item.

This credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future purchase on our site.
5. Return Shipping

Defective/Damaged Items: If we require you to return a damaged item, you are eligible for return shipping rates. We will provide a prepaid label or credit the shipping cost back to you.

Voluntary Returns: If you are returning an item under your EU Right of Withdrawal (see below) that is not damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Consumer Law, customers have a 14-day period to withdraw from a purchase.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned unopened, sealed, and in strict original condition.

Opened card packs, single cards removed from holders, or used items are exempt from this right and cannot be returned once opened.
7. Contact & Jurisdiction All disputes regarding this policy are subject to Spanish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Marbella, Málaga.
